Cooling Principle Of Industrial Chiller Oct 12, 2017

The industrial chillers system operates through three interrelated systems: a refrigerant circulation system, a water circulation system, and an electrical control system.

Refrigerant circulation system: the liquid refrigerant in the evaporator absorbs the heat in the water and starts to evaporate. Finally, the temperature difference between the refrigerant and the water is formed, and the liquid refrigerant is completely evaporated into the gas state and sucked and compressed by the compressor ( Pressure and temperature increase), the gaseous refrigerant through the condenser (air cooling / water cooling) to absorb heat, condensed into a liquid, through the thermal expansion valve (or capillary) throttling into low-temperature low-pressure refrigerant into the evaporator to complete the refrigerant cycle process.

The basic components of the refrigeration system: compressor, condenser, reservoir, dry filter, thermal expansion valve, evaporator, refrigerant, water circulation system, electrical control system.
